Sometimes a family wants more support at home or in their community program. Also, school programs may require assessment or intervention services to support a child in their classroom. Our Consultation & Therapy Services allow you to design your own program by choosing from any of the services offered.
Behavioral consultants help children develop positive behavior. The consultant works with parents, caregivers and educators to provide information and assistance with supporting a child’s behavioural and emotional needs. Behaviour specialists at Aspire are highly qualified and experienced. Our Behaviour Specialists will partner with you to determine your child’s strengths and abilities and support you with suggesting appropriate strategies and to ensure your child needs are met.
The Behaviour Specialist works in consultation with a psychologist to provide information and assistance to parents, caregivers and educators supporting a child’s developmental, behavioural and emotional needs. Our Behaviour Specialist will recommend strategies that are based on your child’s developmental abilities; family and/or school identified needs, the resources available; as well established practices.
An application fee is required when registering for any program offered at Aspire. Once your application and payment are received you will be placed on our waitlist for services. Your application fee can be paid in person, over the phone, or by e-transfer. Application fees paid by e-transfer can be sent to [email protected]. Please ensure that you provide us with your name, child's name, and the reason for the e-transfer in the notes section of your e-transfer.
