My husband and I have donated over the years and we will continue to, so that other families that receive difficult news about the children they love can be supported by this amazing organization.

Six years ago we received the news that our first grandchild, Hope, had been diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum.  It was devastating and frightening. I don’t recall how my daughter found Aspire Special Needs Resource Centre, but it was quite literally life changing for Hope and for the entire family. Because of Aspire and the amazing people who work and volunteer there, we felt we weren’t alone.  They were with us every step of the way and now Hope is thriving and the future looks so very bright.  Her little brother Damon also has issues with ASD, but when we received the news we felt hope, not fear.  Because we knew that Aspire was there.  He has recently finished at Aspire, is doing wonderfully well,  and will start kindergarten in the fall. My husband and I have donated over the years and we will continue to, so that other families that receive difficult news about the children they love can be supported by this amazing organization.   To say thank you seems inadequate, but I’ll say it anyway – thank you!!
